Founded in 1887 The Royal is a traditional members club situated in the lee of the South Downs. Comprising 27 holes of challenging golf, we cater for all levels of handicap. Both the Devonshire & Hartington Courses are maintained to the very highest of standards. Built on chalk we seldom see the courses closed.

Not only are the courses in first class condition but when you play at The Royal you will also enjoy some stunning views across Pevensey Bay
